Absolute Nightmare: Their Broken Website Wasted Hours of My Time 😠


I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from Glasses USA. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it. The web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. so I will have to be sent an email so i can type in the information that i already typed in on your silly web site. I am not sure I will ever attempt to order glasses from glasses USA ever again. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. After this disaster, I had no choice but to contact their customer service to see if anything could be salvaged.

Customer: I just spent over two hours trying to place an order. Your website is completely broken. It wouldn't save my prescription, and now it says I have to enter it again via email? What is going on?
