We purchased a pair for my 12-year-old, who loved them using the virtual try-on. However, he started having trouble seeing. After a doctor's visit, we learned the pupil distance (PD) was incorrect. The issue? This company, GlassesUSA, just assumes a PD value if you don’t provide it, and they don’t even prompt you for it! This is precisely why I felt compelled to reach out to their customer service, only to find it impossible to reach a human, and email interactions were excruciatingly slow, making the whole process drag on. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company makes such a critical assumption, then makes it nearly impossible to resolve the issue.
