I'm writing this to warn others about my experience, hoping you can avoid the same frustration. I paid extra for a service I never received, and getting help felt impossible. This whole ordeal has convinced me that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. Their site said “eligible for next day delivery,” so I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I get an email saying my order will take 3 business days to process. I tried their toll-free line and live chat—all automated bots. I had to fight just to speak to a real person.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, but my order of plano lenses isn't shipping for three days. Your website advertised next-day delivery. I want that fee refunded immediately.

CS Rep: I'm very sorry for the confusion and your frustration. I can certainly look into that for you. May I have your order number, please?

Customer: It's [Order Number]. I don't understand what's so confusing. It says "next day," I paid for "next day," and I'm not getting it. It feels like a scam.

CS Rep: I understand completely. I see the order and the delivery fee. I have gone ahead and processed a full refund for the $19.95 shipping charge. You will receive an email confirmation within the hour.

Customer: An email confirmation? The last person I talked to just said they'd "submit a request" and hung up. How do I know this is actually happening?

CS Rep: I apologize for that experience. I have personally processed the refund authorization, it is not just a request. I assure you the confirmation is on its way and the refund will be returned to your original payment method.
