This company is nothing short of a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for but do not provide. My attempts to resolve this were met with automated bots, ignored emails, and a live agent who simply ended the call when I insisted on a refund. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage their customer service because I was charged for a service that was never delivered, and their complete lack of real support was infuriating.

Customer: Hello, I need to discuss an issue with my recent order. I paid for next-day delivery, a $19.95 fee, but my glasses arrived days later, not next day. Why was I charged for a service that wasn't provided? CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see here your order was placed on February 18th and delivered on February 24th, despite the next-day delivery option. My apologies for this discrepancy. Let me look into this for you. Customer: Discrepancy? It's a failure to provide a service I paid for! I tried calling, chatting, emailing – nothing. I only got a human by trying to place a new order. I want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I acknowledge your difficulty reaching us, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delayed delivery. It's clear the next-day service was not fulfilled as promised. I will process a full refund of the $19.95 delivery charge back to your original payment method.
