Let me share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. We ordered glasses for my 12-year-old from GlassesUSA, excited by the virtual try-on. But when they arrived, he couldn't see properly. Our doctor confirmed the issue: the pupil distance (PD) was incorrect. What’s frustrating is that the GlassesUSA site doesn’t prompt for this crucial measurement, assuming a standard value, which means it will be wrong for many buyers. To make matters worse, you can never reach a human on the phone, and email interactions are painfully slow, causing the process to drag on. This level of oversight and lack of accessible support is unacceptable for a product as vital as prescription glasses, and it’s why I felt compelled to leave a review and try to engage with customer service.

Can you confirm the order number and tell me more about what happened with the PD measurement? Customer: The site didn't prompt me to provide his PD number at all.
