I ordered, and their site said “eligible for next day delivery,” so I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I received an email stating my order would take “3 business days.” This deception left me infuriated, and that's why I felt compelled to reach out to customer service, hoping to get a refund for a service I paid for but clearly wouldn't receive.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order, but then I received an email saying it would take three business days. Can you tell me why I was charged for a service that isn't being provided? CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery timeline, and I apologize for any confusion regarding the estimated delivery. Let me check your order details for you. Customer: Confusion? I was explicitly promised "next day delivery" on your site, and I paid for it! This is dishonest. I want a refund for that $19.95 fee, since it's clearly not meeting the requirements. CS Rep: I hear your concern about the charge. While some items may show "eligible for next-day delivery," there can be processing times before shipment. I will submit a request to our billing department to review the next-day delivery charge for you. Customer: "Review it"? I'm not asking for a review; I'm asking for a refund for a service not rendered. This whole automated process and lack of human help is infuriating. Are you telling me I just have to wait and hope?
